LDST races join forces with Zone 2 Coaching

LDST & Zone 2 Coaching have teamed up to offer an exclusive coaching group to prepare you both physically and mentally for the demands of sky racing. The group is for people taking part in either the Helvellyn Lakes Sky Ultra and/or the Scafell Sky Race.

The idea of the group is to offer bespoke and personalised training but with the same target races and a group environment means it can be offered at a lower price than 1:1 coaching.

By joining the LDST x Zone 2 coaching group you will be provided with;

• Individualised training
• Regular feedback from the coach
• Monthly group zoom calls to discuss training, race prep, the course, nutrition etc.
• Access to the private LDSTxZone2 WhatsApp group to discuss all things skyrunning.

With not long to go until these races, it’ll come around quick so we are starting the group training on the 3rd April 2023.

About Steve Hopwood, your coach;

Steve is a UESCA certified Ultra Running Coach and has worked alongside LDST & Mountain Run for a while now and been involved first hand with these races as well as having delivered many Skyrunning courses. Steve also trains and races on these mountains so knows the courses extremely well.

Membership to the group costs just £60 a month compared to the normal coaching fee of £80 a month.
