• Compulsory Safety Talk: Now sent out online

Saturday 9th July 2022

• Race registration/kit check: 06:00 to 06:30

• First finishers (estimated): 14:00
• University of Cumbria cut-off: 15:00
• Course closes: 20:30

After the race

• Finishers' sports massages available (book in advance via SI Entries): 14:00 - 20:30
• Finishers' meals at Race HQ: 14:00 - 20:30
• After Party: 17:00 - 22:30 Relaxed affair in Patterdale
• Prize giving ceremony: 16:00
